The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread included many options. Location provided convenient access to various attractions. The hotel also arranged room decorations for my anniversary, a kind gesture.
The noise level at this hotel was a problem. The walls were very thin. I heard every step and noise. Insulation needs to improve for a better stay.

I am grateful. Staff helped ensure I have lovely visit. The luxury here exceeds my expectations. The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel grounds are well kept.
This resulted in a lack of privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time.

the element was my first stop. the staff were cute and helpful. the breakfast included was a hit. we experienced traditional balinese dishes that changed daily.
the drains did not drain. the hand basin was not usable.
